2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 142, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 324, 325 ,307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case , petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted on the head of one Bindeshwar Sao by means of iron rod due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

5 . Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the
