The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali Case No. 74 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 120 (B), 467, 466 of the Indian Penal code and Under Section 66 (b) (c) & 66 (D) of the Information Technology Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is working in Railway and his name not figured in the F.I.R.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is employee in the railway, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65531 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount, one of the bailor should be employee in the railway each to the satisfaction of the Court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
