Petitioner apprehends arrest in Sour Bazar Police Station Case No 250 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B, 302, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no overt act has been attributed against the petitioner in the first information report. At best, allegation of taking part in the negotiations at the time of finalization of the marriage and tacit consent of the petitioner during alleged occurrence is made out against the petitioner. The petitioner is Mausa of the husband of the victim. Father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim have already been allowed regular bail by this Court in Cr Misc No

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65600 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 62398 of 2018 and Cr Misc No 74374 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Sour Bazar Police Station Case No 250 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
