Petitioner has filed this contempt petition for disobeying and discarding the order dated 12.05.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7103 of 2014.

Mr. Shivendra Kishore, learned senior counsel

Patna High Court MJC No.2951 of 2016(5) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that, of course, the petitioner has already been paid the dues and retiral benefits but on account of non-fixation of salary of the petitioner due to nongrant of A.C.P. and M.A.C.P during his service tenure, the entire arrears have not been paid. Now the University has already granted A.C.P./M.A.C.P. to the petitioner and according to which the pension of the petitioner has to be revised. The petitioner is also entitled to get consequential benefits of fixation of pay scale after grant of A.C.P./M.A.C.P. The University concerned is directed to pay the entire arrears to the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, this contempt petition is disposed of.
