The petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2021 in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 1568.880 litres of foreign liquor from a four wheeler (car).

Considering the fact that the petitioner has two antecedents, one of the similar nature and other of the IPC, he is in custody since 29.10.2021, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge or on completion of one and half year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 32519 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise CourtI, Samastipur in connection with Singhiya P. S. Case No. 36 of 2021.

The petitioner will visit Singhiya Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
