2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 332, 307, 283, 353, 427, 435, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Public Property Damage Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 30 FIR named accused persons including this petitioner and 200 unknown persons blocked the road, raised slogans and attacked on the police party with lathi, danda, brick, stones as a result of which some of the police personnel got injured and also damaged police vehicles. The accused persons obstructed them in discharging their official duty.

4. It is submitted that allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by another Bench of this court vide order dated 06.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63549 of 2022. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Saran, Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 388 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
