2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Petitioners are said to have tortured and ousted the daughter of the informant from her matrimonial home over the dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are an innocent person and have committed no offence. He submits that the petitioners are husband and other family members of the victim. He further submits that petitioner no. 4, Sumintra Devi, has lodged a case bearing inquiry no. 74 of 2024 and Complaint Case No. 48 of 2024 against the victim, which is still pending. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 619 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C..
