The counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of the respondent Nos.4 and 6.

The petitioner has prayed for necessary direction to the respondents to pay compensation of the land of the petitioner acquired as per the market value of the land. Apparently, the petitioner is dissatisfied with the amount of compensation decided by the competent authority. The petitioner has statutory remedy to move the competent authority under Section 64 of Right to Fare Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for reference of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1041 of 2017 dt.24-08-2018 2/2 aforesaid matter to the Authority under the Act for just compensation. The writ Court cannot enter into the collection and appreciation of evidence. Hence, this writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the statutory authority, if so advised.
