JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this petition is being filed for issuance of writ of appropriate nature, order or direction commanding respondents to select and appoint petitioner on the post of S.I. under

Patna High Court CWJC No.13192 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/3 Advertisement 1/19 issued by the respondent no. 5 as per her category in reservation and roster for which she had applied and appeared in written exam. And test and successfully qualified at all levels; but the authorities under respondent no. 5 have not cleared her result treating her to be outsider and resident of U.P (her domicile in original, prior to her marriage and settling in Bihar in 2017).

The petitioner also prays for a direction to the respondents to treat her permanent place of residence and caste as per the certificates issued by the authorities under State of Bihar and consider her candidature in terms of the regulations/directions issued under advertisement instead of acting upon monopoly to force her to bring manipulated domicile certificate of UP and disapprove her candidature for being outside or deprive her the benefit of reservation.

The petitioner also prays for an order restraining the respondents from issuing appointment letters to the candidates without considering petitioner's selection properly or in alternative one post SI may be kept vacant till hearing of this petition, so

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
