Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Jamui PS Case No. 357/2018 for the offence under Sections 417, 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the allegation levelled in the complaint petition, learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case Chandan Singh induced the informant and from the complaint it would be evident that total amount of Rs.82,000/- was given to coaccused Sumit Kumar. Considering the fact that the petitioner has neither induced the informant nor received the amount which was subject matter of filing of the present case, this application is
