The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barhara (Sinha O.P.) P.S. case No. 503 of 2018 registered under Section 467, 468, 471, 420, 406/34 of the IPC.

The informant alleged that petitioner, Krishna Yadav, Dhirjanand Yadav and Ramayan Yadav came to his house and persuaded him to give Rs. six lacs so that informant may be appointed on class-III post in FCI. The friend of informant also came there and disclosed the fact that petitioner and his friends also came to his house and demanded money for providing job in the FCI. The informant further alleged that he gave Rs. one lac to Krishna Yadav and Rs. 75,000/- to Dhirjanand Yadav but the informant did not get any job. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no manner of concern. The petitioner is not an employee of FCI. There is no chit of paper to show that petitioner received any money from the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that informant himself gave money for illegal purposes, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Barhara (Sinha O.P.) P.S. case No. 503 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
