Smt Meena Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in Vishnupad Police Station Case No 80 of 2017 dated 10.04.2017 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code. Merely on the basis of suspicion, it is submitted, that the petitioner along with his father has been implicated in this case. The implication is said to be on the basis of subsisting property dispute between the petitioner and the informant who are agnates. It is also submitted that having similar allegations, the father of the petitioner has been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr Misc No 51501 of 2018 disposed of on 27.09.2018. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent.

No.65632 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Vishnupad Police Station Case No 80 of 2017 dated 10.04.2017, GR No 2095 of 2017 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
