2. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR named accused persons are said to have come to the house of the informant and on the point of fire arms, kidnapped his son namely Mithilesh Kumar and his three daughters.

4. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners that the present dispute has arisen

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37678 of 2024(3) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 because of a matrimonial dispute and the petitioners without any fault are in custody since 7.3.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024.
