The present application has been filed for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made by the private-respondents over the public land bearing Khata No. 413, Plot No. 42K and 42 Kha situated at Ward No. 13 Dehri Municipality recorded in the name of Anabad Sarb Sadharan in the municipal record of right.
