JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Both the above-said petitions arise out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 193 of 2013 registered under Sections-395 & 412 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, the same are being heard and disposed off by this common order.

Petitioners are named in the first information report with specific allegation that they snatched vehicle from the informant and admittedly, the aforesaid vehicle was recovered from possession of the petitioners in the district of Madhubani for which, Sakri P.S. Case No. 72 of 2013 has been registered against the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33609 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and hence, their prayer for bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 193 of 2013 stands rejected. However, learned trial court must expedite the trial of the petitioners and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
