In view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Anr.Vs. The State Of Bihar: (2017) 5 SCC 383, the respondents are required to consider the case of the petitioners and take appropriate decision within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The aforesaid decision of the Apex Court is binding on all concerned and the respondents have to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment on the post of Panchayat Shikshak, referring to the cut off date 1.7.2006 as held out in the case of
