In view of the stand taken by the State in para-11 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.5 which is as follows:- "That it is relevant to point out here that State has already preferred SLP against the order dated 16.03.2017 and therefore, it is humbly stated that it would be prudent in the interest of justice to extend the benefits of earned leave to such employees like the present petitioners subject to final outcome of the SLP preferred by the State", this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to make payment of earned leave within a period of three months
