Agarwal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner, who is father-in-law of the deceased seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019 dated 30.04.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that he is not to be blamed for the death of the deceased as the deceased had committed suicide because she was not happy with the marriage.

Apart from this, it has been submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31360 of 2020(2) dt.02-12-2020 2/2 husband of the deceased is in custody and the petitioner has remained in jail since 23.06.2020. The petitioner claims to be a septuagenarian.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Ariaria, in connection with Palasi P.S.
