This application for regular bail arises out of Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 384 of 2020, disclosing offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the F.I.R. that the police recovered 15 litres of country made liquor (Mahua Wine) from the petitioner's house. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2021. Considering the period of petitioner's incarceration, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two
