2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2021 dated 31.07.2021 lodged under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that bail petition of the petitioners has been earlier rejected vide order dated 23.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40435 of 2022 with a liberty that they may renew their prayer for bail after nine months of the framing of charge. He further submits that charge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37394 of 2023(3) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 has been framed in this case on 14.06.2022 and nine months has already been lapsed.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that a report has been called for with regard to the present stage of the trial and the time frame in which the trial is likely to be concluded.

5. Upon perusal of the report, it transpires to this Court that trial Court has anticipated to conclude the trial within four months.

6. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the bail petition of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
