2. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was lastly rejected by this court vide order dated 02.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49655 of 2022.

3. The trial court report reveals that charge has already been framed on 23.09.2022 and out of nine prosecution witnesses one has also been examined and the case is fixed for prosecution evidence.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

5. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2021, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably, within one year from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
