Patna High Court MJC No.1554 of 2024(4) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 the affidavit and in the interest of litigants, order dated 13.03.2024 passed in Civil Review No. 235 of 2022 stands recalled and restored to its original file and number, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand).

4. Cost shall be remitted in the Lawyers' Association Welfare Benevolent Fund, Indian Bank, Branch-LNMI, Bailey Road, Patna, IFSC No. IDIB000L501 having Bank Account No. 7801893276 within a period of eight weeks.
