2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/ writs directing the respondent authorities specially respondent no.2 and respondent no. 4 to implement the office memo dated 15.02.2019 issued under the signature of Director, Secondary Education, Department of Human Resources Development, Govt. of Bihar, Patna. As also the communication as contained in memo no. 42(P) dated 15.02.2019 also under the signature of the Director

Patna High Court CWJC No.9692 of 2019(12) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 Secondary Education, Patna."

3. It appears from order of this Court dated 22.01.2024 that a sum of Rs. 1,75,752/- has been paid to the petitioner by way of arrears of salary and he has been getting current salary regularly.

4. However, submission is made on behalf of the petitioner that he did not receive computation chart on the basis of which arrears of salary has been paid has not been provided by Respondent-State.

5. By way of supplementary counter affidavit filed by the Respondent/State, the detailed computation chart has already been prepared and furnished at Annexures R/A and R/B of supplementary counter affidavit.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of.
