The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 (Excise Case No. 589 of 2019), instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 24.120 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the bag kept on the Motorcycle which was driven by Abhishek Singh @ Tinku Singh. Petitioner was pillion rider. He is in custody since 19.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32085 of 2019(2) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 (Excise Case No. 589 of 2019), subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
