2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 21.12.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 485 of 2023.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the learned Trial Court for mediation/conciliation between the parties.

4. Learned APP for the State has no objection to this
