The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Harisdhi P.S. Case No.121 of 2013 for the offence registered under Sections 447, 323, 324, 307, 504, 427, 379, 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner, Hazari Singh caused burn injury to his son Ajay Kumar and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34418 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 petitioner, Manoj Singh assaulted his son Ranjit Kumar with Farsa on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Ranjit Kumar got simple injury and Ajay Kumar got grievous injury because the injury is caused by dry heat. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case and the occurrence took place on account of land dispute.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner is in custody for seven months, petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2013.
