JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No.91 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 30(g) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was identified at the place of incident in running away, where 1594.035 litres of liquor was recovered, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
