2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other 9 accused persons being armed with dab and rifle assaulted the father of the informant due to which he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nature of allegation is general and omnibus. There is no specific allegation against any of the accused. It has also been submitted that learned trial court has granted bail to two persons namely, Ramlal Singh and Birendra Rai. The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra.
