Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 407, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4635 of 2021(8) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 in the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
