2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the third attempt for regular bail by the petitioner and earlier, his prayer for bail has twice rejected vide orders dated 16.04.2021 and 23.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 5820 of 2021/63155 of 2021.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application stands rejected.

6. From the perusal of the status report of the trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36088 of 2023(3) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 Court, it appears that the case is fix for prosecution evidence.

7. The learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
