The petitioner seeks bail in P.O.C.S.O. Case No. 4/2014 arising out of Koilwar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014 registered under sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim made an allegation that the petitioner made an attempt to commit rape with her but she raised alarm. It appears that the petitioner made only attempt to commit rape with a minor girl and for that the petitioner is in jail for nine months.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Ist Additional Sessions Judge,
