2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of co-accused Ajay Kumar.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Ajay Kumar.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and he has got two criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
