Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Banka (Mahila) PS Case No. 20 of 2017 for the alleged offence under Sections 448, 341, 354(A), 354(B), 504, 506 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is prosecuting his Intermediate course at Banka residing there. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is prosecuting his Intermediate course, this application is allowed.

In the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66065 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka in connection with Banka (Mahila) PS Case No. 20 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and subject to the condition that bailors should be the teachers of the local village.
