2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(b), 25, 27A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 2 kg Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioners.

4. Considering the fact that Ganja has been recovered from the house of these petitioners, they cannot escape liability for the same and as such, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused.
