The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandradeep Police Station Case No. 43 of 2020 dated 29.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged in the F.I.R. that the petitioner along with six other persons assaulted the informant. The main act of assault and threatening has been attributed to one Niranjan but the petitioner also has been alleged to have assaulted the informant by

The injuries received by the victim have been reported to be simple in nature.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2020. Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Chandradeep Police Station Case No. 43 of 2020. The petition stands allowed.
