2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the parties are neighbours and no such incident ever took place. There is inordinate delay in institution of the FIR on 03.05.2018 for the alleged occurrence of 14.03.2018. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP refers to para 64 of the case diary containing deposition of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which direct accusation has been made against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29611 of 2019(3) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 petitioner and his family members. The petitioner is said to have kept the victim confined for about one and half months in Punjab.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
