Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the relief which the petitioners are seeking in the writ application was granted during the pendency of the writ application itself but thereafter two I.As. were filed on behalf of the petitioners i.e. I.A. No. 08 of 2023 and I.A. No. 09 of 2023. Learned counsel further submits that I.A. No. 08 of 2023 has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.7475 of 2015(11) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 withdrawn and I.A. No. 09 of 2023 has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 04.03.2023 contained in letter no. 4128 issued by the President of the Board whereby the District Magistrate was directed to send name of the persons to the Board for constituting the committee of the temple in question. Learned counsel for the petitioners has raised various submissions challenging the order passed by the President of the Board directing the Collector of the district to send the name of the persons for constituting the committee of the temple but the Court does not feel persuaded to allow I.A. No. 09 of 2023, as such, I.A. No. 09 of 2023 is dismissed.

The initial relief which the petitioners had sought in the writ application was granted during the pendency of the writ application itself and in the event if the petitioners are aggrieved by constitution of the committee then they have remedy available in law in accordance with law.
