2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 07.08.2018 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge III, Siwan in S. Tr. No.139 of 2018 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.123 of 2017 whereby and whereunder the court concerned was pleased to reject the discharge petition of the petitioners filed under Sections 227 and 228 of the Cr.P.C.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68628 of 2018(3) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points raised in this petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage.
