The petitioner seeks bail in Karagahar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 120-B of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report.

It is alleged in the written report that one person fired from pistol causing injury to the informant. The Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that during investigation it has been disclosed by the witnesses that petitioner is an order giver.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Karagahar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
