2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of that part of office order no. 132/2025 as contained in letter no. Stha/E19-13/2025/4371 dated 15-12-2025 issued by the Inspector General of Police, Bihar Special Armed Police, Bihar, Patna whereby the petitioner being a

Patna High Court CWJC No.7915 of 2026(3) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 Constable in Bihar Special Armed Police-12, Bhimnagar, Supaul has been transferred to Bihar Special Armed Police-17, Bodh Gaya.

(ii) For holding that the petitioner cannot be transferred by way of punishment when he has already been punished by the departmental authorities and he has already submitted his memorial against the order of punishment.

(iii) For any other direction, which your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant application to pursue the matter by filing a representation before the Inspector General of Police, Bihar Special Armed Police (BSAP), Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3).

4. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
