The Petitioner seeks bail in Karakat P.S. Case No. 272 of 2013 instituted under Section(s) 324, 307, 386/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before Sri Amit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bikramganj, Rohtas. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.
Prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed
