Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 29.01.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 33892 of 2020.

On last occasion, vide order dated 15.12.2021, an explanation was called for from the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj and the Director, F.S.L., Patna for non-compliance of the Courts order. To this effect, supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj, which is kept at flag 'C'. From perusal of the same, it appears that F.S.L. report has already been obtained and made available to the learned trial court. It further appears that all the six witnesses of the case have been examined, F.S.L. report has been exhibited,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42712 of 2021(4) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 evidence of prosecution has been closed, statement under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. has been recorded on 07.01.2022 and now, the trial is pending for defence evidence.
