The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 67/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is that she had submitted a false and fabricated marksheet for seeking appointment. It is further submitted that other similarly situated persons have since been extended the privilege of bail and the petitioner had no knowledge that such matters are under verification.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33719 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 circumstances and that other similarly situated persons who have also faced similar enquiry have since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 67/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
