Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, minor daughter of informant was kidnapped by co-accused, Golu Kumar with the help of this petitioner and other accused persons. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case only because he is brother of co-accused, Golu Kumar. Specific allegation of kidnapping is against co-accused, Golu Kumar and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.03.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.
