Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sahpur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are elder brothers of the husband of the deceased. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, drawing this Court's attention to the First Information Report, has submitted that 16 persons of the family have been implicated in the case with general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41853 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 allegation. He contends that the petitioners, being brothers of the husband of the deceased, could not be having any role to play in demand of dowry. He has further submitted that the father-in-law of the deceased has been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 05.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18643 of 2020.

Considering the nature of allegation and the petitioners' custody since 25.01.2021, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Danapur at Patna, in Sahpur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019.
