The petitioner seeks bail in Pandaul P.S. Case No. 156 of 2018 corresponding to CRI Case No. 1838 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is informant of the case. She is lady. She has lodged the case for murder of her husband. During course of investigation, Police has made this petitioner as accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Munna Kumar. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that besides the aforesaid confessional statement, there is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 156 of 2018 corresponding to CRI Case No. 1838 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
