JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Buxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. On perusal of the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, it transpires that co-accused Jalil Mansoori has been granted regular bail by this Court by an order dated 01.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30002 of 2020. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's case is identical and there is no distinguishing feature for denying the petitioner, the same privilege.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31552 of 2020(3) dt.16-12-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that in similar circumstance other co-accused persons have been granted regular bail, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar, in Buxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019.
