2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 335 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is involved in the kidnapping of the victim. The victim was kept in a room and thereafter she was raped also. Thereafter, the accused persons got a sale deed executed from the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is delay in lodging the FIR. He does not deny the execution of sale deed. The allegations are supported by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30813 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 victim in her statement made under Section 164 Cr. P.C. The petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
