2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 20.12.2016 passed by Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, District Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.109 of 2016, G.R. No.790 of 2016, by which cognizance under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 & 498A of the I.P.C. & 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition ACt has been taken against the petitioners.

3. Vide order dated 02.04.2026 a report regarding status of case was called for, which was received vide dated 06.04.2026. As per the said report submitted by the learned Trial Court, the case is pending for appearance of accused.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points as raised in the petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law.

5. Learned APP for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

6. In view of the above, the present Cr. Misc. Application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners, as prayed for.
