Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 265 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have got the job of Switch Board Operator in the Electric Supply Branch, Noorsarai on the basis of forged I.T.I. certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He was accorded the aforesaid certificate by the competent authority

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32738 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 which he had furnished at the time of joining and after verification of the same by the authority concerned, he was allowed to join on the said post. He had no knowledge of any manipulation in his certificate by someone later on due to ulterior motive. He has already been dismissed from the service. He has withdrawn the salary in lieu of the service rendered by him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

On the other hand, learned APP opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 265 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
